International audience. The magnitude of drug-drug interactions mediated by cytochrome P450 (CYP) may depend on the genotype of polymorphic cytochromes. The objective of this study was to identify drug-drug interactions with greater magnitude in CYP variant groups than in extensive metabolizers.
