International audience. While trying to find out the variables that participate in landscape organization, we were soon confronted to a number of problems. These problems are mainly due to the spatial analysis tool we have chosen (Pegase), which has his own data format. We present in this article our methodology that allows us to use this tool in a GIS context. We show the interest of this application, in a multiscale approach, in order to determine « dominant variable » in landscape organization. . Cherchant à mettre en évidence des variables participant à l'organisation spatiale d'un paysage, nous nous sommes rapidement trouvés confrontés à différents problèmes. Tous sont liés à l'outil d'analyse spatiale que nous avons choisi (Pegase) qui possède son propre format de bases de données. Nous présentons ici la méthodologie que nous avons mis en place afin d'intégrer cet outil dans un contexte SIG. Nous montrons comment son application, selon une approche multiéchelle, permet de mettre en évidence des variables dominantes dans l'organisation d'un paysage.
