The genomes of 98 bacteria isolated from seafood products and available at EM3B laboratory ( Ifremer, Nantes, France) were sequenced using Illumina and nanopore technologies. The raw data and assembled genomes are available under the ENA's bioproject PRJEB60605 (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/PRJEB60605)..
