International audience. Abstract Histologic transformation of Waldenström macroglobulinemia (HT-WM) carries a poor prognosis with standard treatments. Here, we report the first series of HT-WM treated with chimeric antigen receptor T cells showing a high efficacy and no unexpected toxicity.
