International audience. Lymphocytic variant hypereosinophilic syndrome (LHES)-associated CD3−CD4+ T cells in blood homogeneously express chemokine receptors associated with TH2 polarization (CCR6−CCR4+)—even if the patients are treated with steroids. New treatment strategies such as CRTh2 antagonists and anti-CCR4 antibody could be considered in severe LHES.
