*INRA, Centre de Versailles (FRA). International audience. Five strains of T. versicolor were cultured on wet sand in the presence ofphenanthrene and benzo[a]pyrene. Biodegradation studies and metabolitedetermination were performed. Microcosms containing industrial soil polluted byPAHs and supplemented with organic carriers overgrown with the fungi were thenevaluated for fungal growth, laccase production and pollutant degradation.
