International audience. Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors (ICI) for cancer therapy induce frequent Immune Related Adverse Effects (IRAE). Therefore, most patients with Preexisting Autoimmune Diseases (PAD) have been excluded from clinical trials. This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of ICI in patients with PAD and cancer.
