International audience. The GraphiteLifeExplorer tool enables biologists to reconstruct 3D cellular complexes built from proteins and DNA molecules. Models of DNA molecules can be drawn in an intuitive way and assembled to proteins or others globular structures. Real time navigation and immersion offer a unique view to the reconstructed biological machinery. . L'outil GraphiteLifeExplorer permet aux biologistes de construire des complexes cellulaires 3D à partir de modèles de protéines et de molécules d'ADN. Ces dernières sont dessinées dans l'espace de façon intuitive et assemblées aux protéines ou à d'autres structures globulaires. La visualisation en temps-réel du complexe facilite la compréhension du système ainsi reconstruit.
