La fatigue est un symptôme important et une cause de détresse chez les patients cancéreux. L'étude porte sur la difficulté à en parler avec leur cancérologue ; elle cherche à identifier les facteurs relatifs à cette question par une enquête auprès de 200 malades. L'évaluation a été effectuée par différentes échelles de mesure pour comparer leurs résultats. Des tableaux statistiques résument les scores comparatifs. Les mêmes raisons ont été retrouvées pour ce manque de communication. Il est démontré la validité du questionnaire relatif à la fatigue ou FMBQ . Deux annexes présentent les items et les recommandations pour diminuer la fatigue qui ont été proposés aux patients pour cette étude.
