Les auteurs revoient le cas d'un patient souffrant d'un sarcome d'Ewing et présentant un hoquet persistant en milieu clinique pour lequel les pharmacothérapies courantes sont soit contre-indiquées, soit refusées. La mise en place de la prégabaline, avec titration à dose efficace, diminue significativement le hoquet dans les 72 heures, sans effets nuisibles, suggérant une niche potentielle pour ce médicament.
