Cet article examine la maladie de Creutzfeldt-Jacob au niveau des soins infirmiers palliatifs : revue de la littérature pour la fin de vie, analyse de six cas permettant de décrire la clinique et d'identifier les besoins cliniques, interview d'un échantillon via Internet de personnes ayant côtoyé des proches atteints, discussion avec un échantillon d'infirmiers permettant de connaître des expériences de prise en charge des patients et des familles.
