L'objectif de cet article est de décrire les besoins des conjoints aidants de patients suivis dans un centre spécialisé en défaillance cardiaque. Il résulte de cette étude que les infirmières peuvent jouer un rôle de pivot dans la compréhension des interventions de soins palliatifs.
