Compte-rendu d'une expérience sur le traitement de la douleur chez l'enfant en soins palliatifs oncologiques par l'injection transdermique de fentanyl. Le panel comprend treize enfants âgés de trois ans à dix-huit ans développant des effets secondaires ou des contre-effets aux opioïdes (morphine). Le fentanyl fut toléré et eut un effet anti-douleur sur onze des treize patients. Tous furent satisfait du fentanyl à la fois pour le soulagement de la douleur et pour l'amélioration de la qualité de vie. Article accompagné de tableaux récapitulatifs.
