Measuring the quality of structure and process in end-of-life care from bereaved family perspective = Mesurer la qualité des structures et des soins en fin de vie du point de vue des familles endeuillées

Le premier objectif de cette étude est de valider un outil d'évaluation permettant de mesurer la perception qu'ont les familles endeuillées de la qualité des structures et des soins en fin de vie. Cet outil se nomme le Care Evaluation Scale (CES). L'étude a permis de démontrer que cet instrument d'évaluation est pertinent pour évaluer les perceptions des familles endeuillées concernant les améliorations à apporter aux soins palliatifs.
