Il s'agit à travers un questionnaire d'évaluer les circonstances relatives à la mort de patients âgés non cancéreux en soins intensifs et l'opinion des soignants suite à leur décès. Cette étude montre que certains aspects des soins palliatifs prodigués à ces patients pourraient être améliorés, dont l'information clinique et le contrôle de symptômes spécifiques.
