Les patients atteints de maladies neurodégénératives telle la maladie d'Huntington sont insuffisamment pris en charge par les services de soins palliatifs qui recoivent encore majoritairement des patients cancéreux. Cet article montre les besoins des patients atteints de cette pathologie et de leur famille d'une prise en charge palliative après avoir décrit l'étiologie de la maladie d'Huntington.
