International audience. We report the first intestinal infections in Tunisia with Entamoeba moshkovskii in two healthy adults. Entamoeba moshkovskii cysts were distinguished from those of the morphologically identical parasites Entamoeba histolytica and Entamoeba dispar by specific nested polymerase chain reaction and sequencing.
