Targeted Therapeutic Strategies for the Treatment of Cancer

International audience. Extensive research is underway to develop new therapeutic strategies to counteract therapy resistance in cancers. This review presents various strategies to achieve this objective. First, we discuss different vectorization platforms capable of releasing drugs in cancer cells. Second, we delve into multitarget therapies using drug combinations and dual anticancer agents. This section will describe examples of multitarget therapies that have been used to treat solid tumors.
