Sources of Funding Disclosures References eLetters Information & Authors Metrics & Citations View Options References ShareWe present reconstructed 3‐dimensional computed tomography angiography images of 23 carotid arteries (from 22 different patients) showing pseudoaneurysms on follow‐up imaging after initial symptomatic extracranial internal carotid artery dissection. They show a heterogeneous pattern of fusiform, saccular, or mixed fusiform/saccular pseudoaneurysms and are sometimes associated with residual dissection‐related stenosis (Figure).1, 2
