International audience. Here, we present the draft genome sequences of two thermophilic Marinitoga strain members of the Thermotogales order, Marinitoga camini DV1155 and Marinitoga camini DV1197. These strains were isolated from deep-sea hydrothermal vents of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge.
