International audience. The cattle sector is a major source of greenhouse gas and ammonia emissions from rumination of cows, manure, and in less extend, from grassland and corn cultivation including machinery. The www.CCCFarming.eu project focusses on the strategies and practices reducing emissions on farm level. Strategies and practices to deal with emissions may not always deliver the same effects for both methane and ammonia, and my vary among regions. Practices may be more or less simple to apply and may have a different cost. The presentation will summarize the highlights, barriers, opportunities and knowledge gaps which emerged during this climate care dairy seminar. The time period will be utilized to discuss the highlights and gaps with involvement of the audience.
