The aim of this research project with Accueil Paysan was to determine the skills held by members of this network and to highlight those that would be desirable in order to design the "Paysan Accueillant Aménageur" profession, based on a futuristic and agro-ecological vision, within a multifunctional farming system integrated into the territory thanks to new forms of work organisation and changes in practices.The main characteristic of this profession is therefore defined as the ability to integrate the agricultural production function into a complex system of activities, but also to make decisions and to take responsibility for them, in view of the essential commitments to be made today in terms of sustainability, farm product quality, environmental quality, but above all citizenship and social commitment.This research was funded as part of the CasDAR program of the Ministry of Agriculture's PNDAR, for the period 2015-2021. . Ce travail de recherche/action avec la Fédération nationale Accueil paysan a eu pour objectif de déterminer les compétences détenues par les adhérents de ce réseau et de mettre en évidence celles qui sont souhaitables pour dessiner un nouveau métier : « Paysan Accueillant Aménageur » fondé sur une vision agroécologique au sein d’un système d’exploitation multifonctionnel, intégré au territoire grâce à de nouvelles formes d’organisation du travail et d'évolution des pratiques.La caractéristique principale de ce métier se définit donc comme la capacité à intégrer la fonction de production agricole dans un système complexe d'activités, mais aussi à prendre des décisions et à les assumer, eu égard aux engagements aujourd'hui essentiels à prendre en matière de durabilité, de qualité des produits fermiers, de qualité environnementale, mais surtout de citoyenneté et d'engagement social.Cette recherche a été financée dans le cadre du programme CasDAR du PNDAR du Ministère de l’agriculture, pendant la période 2015-2021
