International audience. In the present context of climate change, it is important to know as accurately as possible a species' capacity to migrate and move elsewhere. Up till now, empirical approaches have been used to evaluate such dynamics but today science has become more predictive, using approaches based on integrating models such as the one presented here the dispersion kernel which describes the spatial distribution of seeds dispersed from one source.
