International audience. Low-grade serous ovarian carcinoma (LGSOC) is a rare disease that accounts for 5% of all ovarian cancers and requires surgical complete debulking. To date, the prognostic value of pelvic and paraaortic lymphadenectomy remains unclear in this population.
