International audience. The quantification of metabolites is essential for understanding and improving biological systems. With the aim to quantify in one map a complex mixture composed of low concentrated metabolites, a new experiment called the H-1-C-13 QUIPU HSQC allows improving of both resolution and sensitivity for investigation of vegetal extracts.
