In addition to achieve breast conserving surgery after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, its indications are growing, especially in Her2 overexpressing and triple negative breast cancers owing to the emergence of new targeted therapies. Radiotherapy belongs to breast cancer management. However, some questions are still unresolved regarding nodes area irradiation after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. This short communication reviews indications of radiotherapy of node areas in breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. . Outre l’objectif d’obtenir un traitement chirurgical conservateur mammaire après chimiothérapie néoadjuvante, celle-ci est en plein essor dans la prise en charge des cancers du sein de phénotypes Her2+++ et triple négatif avec l’avènement des thérapies ciblées. La radiothérapie adjuvante fait partie intégrante de l’arsenal thérapeutique. Toutefois, il reste encore quelques questions non résolues sur l’irradiation ou non de certains volumes cibles, en particulier les aires ganglionnaires. Nous proposons ici de faire un point sur la place de la radiothérapie ganglionnaire après chimiothérapie néoadjuvante des cancers du sein.
