International audience. L’alopécie fibrosante frontale (AFF) post-ménopausique est une pathologie émergente dont l’incidence augmente dans l’ensemble des pays. Son origine reste inconnue. Nous rapportons la présence de dioxyde de titane dans les cheveux d’une patiente atteinte d’AFF.
