Since the first lockdown in March 2020, the PPC Center of Padua (Italy) has reorganized its activity to ensure a continuity in the global care plan for fragile children, including school attendance, even with DL, in line with current regulations1,2 . However, return to social life was perceived by children and parents as a major issue during the pandemic3 . Moreover, for some families, DL can be difficult to implement.
