Cette étude prospective et multicentrique a pour objectif d'analyser la faisabilité et l'efficacité de la ventilation non invasive auprès de 23 patients en fin de vie porteurs de cancers non hématologiques. Des tableaux statistiques et des graphiques illustrent les caractéristiques des sujets, leur suivi clinique, biologique et les résultats obtenus sur le contrôle des complications respiratoires et sur le taux de survie. Il a été montré son intérêt pour l'amélioration de la dyspnée et des constantes hémodynamiques pour une majorité des patients.
