Les personnes vulnérables ont été les premières concernées par la campagne de vaccination contre le Covid-19, en particulier les personnes âgées hébergées en maison de retraite. Pour ces dernières, la justification de la vaccination, au regard d’un rapport bénéfice-risque, ne suscite pas les mêmes questionnements que pour d’autres catégories de la population, notamment les mineurs. C’est en revanche la question du respect de leur volonté qui s’est posée, notamment pour les personnes ayant une altération du discernement.. Vulnerable people were the first to be affected by the vaccination campaign against Covid-19, in particular the elderly living in nursing homes. For these people, the justification of vaccination, with regard to a risk-benefit ratio, does not raise the same questions as for other parts of the population, in particular minors. Nevertheless, the question of respect for their will has arisen, in particular for people with impaired jugement.
