International audience. Bioimaging has revolutionized modern medicine, and nanotechnology can offer further specific and sensitive imaging. We report here an amphiphilic dendrimer able to self-assemble into supramolecular nanomicelles for effective tumor detection using SPECT radioimaging. This highlights the promising potential of supramolecular dendrimer platforms for biomedical imaging.
