International audience. We have developed a series of synthetic constructs suitable to genetically manipulate a broad range of yeast species belonging to the fungal CTG clade. This molecular toolbox notably allows heterologous gene expression, single or dual fluorescence labeling and construction of luciferase-expressing strains for bioluminescence imaging.
